Picked up my car with a bunch of greasy finger and palm prints all over the top. You can clearly see where they grabbed the top of the car to exit. I brought it in spotless and the first thing they do is have to wash it after I pick it up? Unacceptable.

I am a customer for long time and I don't have any issues but on June 6 I had oil change and after I got home I sew the oil change remainder sticker wasn't change.

Had full service on new Trax

The 4 new tires put on were over inflated based on what they should be at for a Chevy Silverado. The tire pressure sensors were also not reset. So when adjusting PSI they don’t match up on the display picture in the truck.

They listened to the problem I am having. Explained what they had tried and found nothing.

Jake! Awesome work done here. He knew exactly what to do and did a wonderful job. I have snow tires that I rotate and also get my oil changed here. I totally trust the work that I have requested to be done on my car. Thank you very much for your service.

I was told the wait for the EXPRESS oil change would be 45 minutes. It was well over 2 hours. There was no explanation as to why. No one even apologized. I spoke to another one of the staff and it sounds like this is pretty typical for this location. Completely unacceptable

We absolutely detest your “quick service” line which is definitely not quick!! Whenever we can we do not go to Billion because we can’t make an appointment to get in and out in a timely manner. We are from out of town and we don’t have 2-3 hours to wait before our service starts. Please change so we can make an appointment!!!

I had valpro service work done. I honestly thought it was going to be a nightmare. But it truly wasn’t. The staff were amazing and right on top of things. I asked to get the oil changed at the same time and they took my keys and away they went I was in and out of there in minutes.

Took 2 visits to get service done. Question, if new breaks were installed, why is the front at 80% and the back at 100%?

I brought my car in for an oil change using “Express Lube”. You need to change the name of that to “Longer Than You Want to Wait Lube”. The procedure took nearby 2 hours to complete. Surely that is NOT Express Lube. One of your drivers, his name was John, apologized for the long wait time and I appreciated his concern for the long time I had to wait.

Our sales rep Matt Wynja was great to work with and went the extra mile to find us the vehicle we were looking for.

I was fortunate to get right in at the express lube station. The whole process took place in about 30 minutes and I used the time to quickly take a peek at the cars in the showroom and say hi to my sales representative. Quick and efficient. I like that.

I wish someone would come up to me right away to get my information, then let me know the wait time. I sat in my car for quite a while before anyone came around. And for the price of a standard oil change, they could at least vacuum and wipe off the dash too.

When I got there no one came to help me. Very poor business. Then one of your employees from a different Billion dealership who was there to get his title helped me. Why did your sales people want nothing to do with me??

I brought my vehicle in for an oil change and tire rotation. It took 10 minutes longer than I was initially told to service my vehicle. As I was driving home I could smell hot oil. After seeing oil all over my garage floor, I opened the hood and the cap for the oil tank was not on at all. Oil had gotten all over the engine and on top of the inside of my hood. I took my vehicle back on Tuesday, July 29th after my husband called the dealership. All they offered was to “take it to detailing to have it cleaned up” I understand mistakes happened but was upset about the mess it made on my vehicle, the mess in the garage floor and having to miss work to drive back to Sioux Falls from out of town.

Great service

Waited two hours to fix streaming from my phone to pick up, when I went to leave, it wasn’t fixed. Waited another two hours, then they said they had to order the part and it may be backward. Kind of disappointed they couldn’t figure that out in the first two hours.

I actually have a lot to say. I previously ought a vehicle in 2020 from the same Billion and it was the worst experience. Whoever I was signing papers with was arrogant and pushy and made it the worst experience I’ve ever had. Fast forward- Joe my salesman- was awesome. Easy to talk to, relaxed, knowledgeable. He helped us find the vehicle we were looking for. Tom the Tech guy - he was great also! Showed me all the bells and whistles of the new vehicle. Got all the remote stuff set up and made it very easy. And last - our finance guy - he helped set us up with E-sign as we don’t live in town. It was possibly the easiest buying of a vehicle I have ever dealt with. They were all so kind and enjoyable to work with.

Brought vehicle in for scheduled ValPro service. Sent pictures and talked with collision team member, was told should only take a day, but I said take your time I have til Friday afternoon. Friday I received a call as we were leaving town that our vehicle was ready so we turned around and came to get our vehicle. While driving through the lot past our vehicle I could see several PDR spots were not touched. Manager and I did a walk around and notice none of the items approved for fixing were done. After discovering this, the manager did say he will get me rescheduled and try to make things right.

I don't like the new way you are doing things!! I received a text message to tell me, my vehicle was done. Good thing I looked at my phone, I may have sat in your waiting area for an half hour or more. And then I had to walk back to pay and receive my vehicle. I was told by one guy sitting at the front desk, the front of the vehicle would be vacuumed, WELL that was a lie. Very disappointed in the customer service.

Brake light is on and now they are very hard to get to work. Not safe to drive yet im to drive to the dealership to get them to fix?

They warranted to Work that they did hopefully fixed it. This time took a week for the first time to fix it. This time. Only one day, so hopefully they get a good mechanic on it. I appreciate Brian Billion. He always takes care of me.

Salesman was great up until I found $3000 in extra "warranties and packages" added to my loan. Presented Valpro to me when I initially asked about the car, nothing was agreed yes or no. We negotiated the price of the car via texting and not once was Valpro brought up or asked if I was interested in it. Friday I drive there to pick up my car and valpro is already applied to my car and theres "nothing he can do about it" So i was charged over $2300 for something I never wanted. Also was quoted $500 for a Karr security that was alread on the car so couldnt be removed. Fine. Then find a charge for $1249 for a Karr security package that I again, did not agree to. Will not be coming back here for my next car.

Anthony was my salesman. He explained all the new features and made sure I understood each detail. Anthony also knew I was interested in a specific color, it showed up at the dealership on the morning that I was picking up my new vehicle. He immediately called to let me know and decide which vehicle color I wanted.

I checked the box to get my oil changed and wrote to check my tire as it had a small leak. They fixed my tire but never changed my oil. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle is when I learned they “forgot” to change my oil and only fixed my tire. I then had to wait another 30 mins to have my oil changed when my vehicle had been there all day

Everything I needed done was done without hesitation. Also, they found dirty filters I did not know about and informed me and then replaced them at my request.

It was quick and friendly...I would suggest that when they're finished and during handover of the keys it would be helpful to me to be able to get a summary from the mechanic of what it all generally looked like, anything noticed or what the computer says...just saying I like to not have to beg for information on this expensive machine...the information received was good, though I was only given what I asked and he didn't do the work..

Jeff Nygaard was excellent! He didn’t pressure us to buy a new nor used high pressure sales tactics. He just wanted us to get a car we liked. He worked with us to get us a price that was reasonable. Normally we buy our cars in Mitchell but I would recommend Jeff at billion to anyone who asks. The other people (I can’t remember their names) we so kind and accommodating, especially the gentleman who showed me all the fun new features of my new 2026 Chevy traverse z71! It really was a positive car buying experience.

Everything has been good so far, we have purchased 2 new vehicles in the last 2 months and getting a third next week. Currently have trouble with the new 2026 Equinox that was towed in last night. We will see how this works out. No problem right now they are very helpful.

The repairs were done timely. They worked great with the extended warranty company. The only concern I have is the estimate out of pocket was $150.00 more than I was quoted. I would have hope that the estimate would have been closer than that.

I have never seen humans move as slow as your oil change employees. The guy checking people in was good but the workers couldn't move slower. I was third in line and it took 2 hours!!!

Our dealer, John Markley, was superb! The entire process was an absolute pleasure, and John was by far the best dealer that we have ever had. He made the purchase very easy and straight forward. Most importantly, he spent a considerable amount of time with us when we came to pick up the vehicle. He set up our app, went thru the screen in detail, and made it very understandable. Again, we could not have had a more pleasurable experience.

I was not offered a loaner to use during service( not sure if that is something I need to request ahead of time). But overall they were attentive letting me know how things were going. My vehicle is 8 months old and have had the same issue twice. Just wish they would replace the entire module instead of thinking this should work.

Purchased a new vehicle for my Wife. Due to the excellent service I've received when dealing with Billion Chevrolet everytime I've been there I decided to inquire about a new vehicle for my wife that we saw on the Billion Chevrolet web page. I was contacted by members of the Billion sales team who answered my questions promptly. My salesman, "Billion Mike", was very helpful and super patient, as my wife had her eye on a few different vehicles. Billion Mike, sent me pictures and even videos he took of the vehicles my wife was interested in and when she finally made her decision I let Billion Mike know and we set up at time to meet at Billion Chevrolet. From the time we arrived to look at the vehicle we intended to purchase through the sale and even the after sale process of going over all of the vehicle features and how-to's, the customer service we received was great! Billion Mike made sure that we were taken care of the whole time we were there and showed that he really likes his job as well as making sure everything is how we wanted it to be. The person that appraised my trade-in vehicle entered the wrong mileage in appraisal came back and wanted lower the value by about $3500 after the salesman and I had negotiated an offer on the new vehicle. On the paperwork for title registration the finance person neglected to list the value of the trade-in causing my tax burden to almost double. I have purchased 5 or 6 vehicles from this dealership and this is the second vehicle I have purchased from this salesman and have loved working with him both times, but the above failures have shaken my confidence in the integrity and customer appreciation of this dealership to the point that I will be seriously looking for a different dealer for my next vehicle.

I am not a fan of your service department I was told it would be better and nope not at all. First I called and asked for and estimated on how much it would cost to fix something was told I don’t know what I was talking about and so I had my husband call they told him since the car was new it would be covered under warranty. We get there and are told after they have the car up and getting repaired nope it’s 500 bucks. The transparency of the situation was petty. You guys know what’s covered and what’s not on the bumper to bumper warranty and when I called and the my husband called you guys could have told us that the parts and work would be 500 bucks. Y’all need to do better.

Did complete ahead of schedule. The sheet they give you with everything they checked is a joke. Showed all 4 tires were at 35psi. None of them were. One was at 29psi. Did they really check everything. I hope they did change the oil and rotated the tires.
